We left home in a snow storm.
By mid-morning we were walking around sunny San Francisco.
And being entertained by the seals at Pier 39.
We had clam chowder in sourdough bread bowls for lunch.
We admired the Golden Gate bridge and decided we want to spend more time in San Francisco soon.
That afternoon we drove to Grandpa and Grandma Stepan's house.
Mexican food dinner with Grandpa and Grandma.
Singing Happy Birthday to Sara. It was then that we surprised the kids with a 3-day visit to Disneyland. It was so awesome! They thought we were spending the week in CA at Grandpa and Grandma's house which would have been fun but a trip to Disneyland was even better!
We woke up before the sun on Sara's birthday so we could drive to Disneyland. By lunchtime we were riding the Buzz ride.

Our baby is FIVE! It's hard to believe. And what a beautiful time of year to visit Disneyland. The flowers were spectacular.

Day 3. Dumbo
Splash Mountain twice in a row. We didn't even get out to switch logs. So fun!

But we went out with a bang. Several rounds of Screamin followed by another viewing of the Paint the night parade.
